LOVED the Haymarket Location!

I found the location SUPER convenient. It was easy to hop on a bus right outside the door to get downtown. The friendly staff really made a difference for ME. They gave me a room on a low floor like I asked!
My bed and pillows felt HARD. It was like sleeping on a board. I hope they can change this.

The room reeked of cooking odors upon arrival. this smell permeated everything and was quite unpleasant. also, housekeeping seemed rushed. I found hairs on the bathroom floor. it appears they need to focus on a deeper clean or allow more time per room (maybe they are short staffed?).

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the bus stop. It provided easy access to both the airport and the city center. the staff were friendly and accommodating, handling my requests promptly and efficiently. the room was super clean, and i found it very comfortable, meeting all my needs for a short stay.
the room i stayed in was not soundproofed well, and i could hear noises from the reception and neighboring rooms, a little disruptive.

the room had a very convenient fridge, and they provided fresh towels daily! i also found on-site parking super useful. it's so close to bus routes and the rail station, made getting around easy! the staff was really helpful with directions and local tips, too.
i did notice that the shower pressure was a little low, making rinsing hair a bit slow.

this hotel has staff who were excellent. the room was a bit tired but i found it super clean. i appreciated the convenient location near transportation options. the bus stop outside the hotel made getting around simple.
the ability to adjust the heating in the room was not available and i noticed the laminate floors felt cold. the bed size took up much of the floor space and moving around it felt hard. there also were few pillows provided.
